Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tool truck.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work.
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
