Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems according to local and national codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Mentor apprentices and provide guidance on technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.
