Responsibilities
- Install & Repair: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Safety Checks: Conduct routine inspections and safety audits on electrical equipment and work sites.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with day-shift crews to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Illinois.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: Current OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred.
