Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington State regulations
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Perform diagnostic testing and system inspections
- Document work progress and maintain safety records
- Collaborate with general contractors and clients on project requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge of NEC, Seattle SMC, and energy codes
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
