Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and mentor junior electricians
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Document work progress and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local building codes
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Drug-free workplace certification (pre-employment testing required)
