Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and project managers regarding project status and requirements.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
