Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise installations
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Maryland electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentices and coordinate team project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document all work with detailed reports and certifications
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems (PLC, VFD, etc.)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proven track record of completing projects on schedule
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
