Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead and mentor apprentices on job sites while maintaining safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of NEC, CA Title 24, and local building codes
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial systems preferred
