Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project status clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Electrician License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of circuitry, wiring, transformers, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and climbing ladders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
