Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and faults efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and training staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Deep understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
