Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project updates to clients and project managers.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
