Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing systems for construction projects
- Perform emergency service calls 24/7 rotation
- Inspect pipes, fittings, and fixtures for compliance with codes
- Estimate project costs and materials accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NC Plumbing License (Journeyman level)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Emergency response availability required
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
