Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency plumbing calls with rapid response protocols
- Mentor apprentices and coordinate with construction teams
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Conduct preventive maintenance for water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to read complex blueprints and schematics
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and lifting 50+ lbs
