Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection and camera inspection tools
- Comply with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent pricing
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repair
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to operate company van
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
