Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using video inspection cameras and pressure gauges
- Install water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Adhere to North Carolina plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response calls for burst pipes and main line breaks
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory logs
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Active North Carolina Plumbing License required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Background check and drug screening required
