Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing supplies/equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed documentation
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless technologies and green plumbing systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
