Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform complex plumbing repairs, including pipe leaks, fixture installations, and drain cleaning on residential and commercial properties.
- Night Shift Operations: Ensure all job sites are secured, lights are functioning, and work is completed safely during overnight hours.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan layouts and installations.
- Code Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining issues clearly and providing estimates.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize company vehicles and toolboxes.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency calls effectively and efficiently during night hours.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must possess a valid State of Florida Journeyman Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read and write English.
- Tools: Basic hand tools required; company-provided power tools provided.
