Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate time and cost estimates
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and manage inventory of tools and materials
- Train junior technicians on best practices and emerging plumbing technologies
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
