Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and drainage throughout residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan layouts.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure code compliance and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide clear updates and solutions.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Los Angeles.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
