Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients/contractors
- Train apprentices on best practices and emerging technologies
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Generate detailed work reports and maintain accurate inventory
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber license (#C-36)
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification and clean driving record
- Expertise in blueprint reading and CAD software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication skills for client consultations
- Background check and drug-free certification
