Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Adhere to DC plumbing codes and safety regulations strictly
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for projects
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed project reports
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing installations
- Perform emergency plumbing services on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends for emergencies
