Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to blueprints and codes.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, organizing tools and materials after each job.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on commercial accounts to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
