Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and state plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and job completion reports.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and training new hires.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Own set of professional tools (or willingness to purchase standard kit).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
