Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of deep technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Deploy Neural Networks: Oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Quantum Computing integration or Advanced Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
