Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Lead crews while ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to meet project timelines
- Maintain detailed documentation for safety and compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Georgia Master Electrician license (or reciprocity)
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and energy-efficient installations
- Proven leadership managing 3+ person crews
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with circuit analysis
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
