Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with NEC standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors/clients
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work meets OSHA and California electrical code requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and project progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Advanced knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to read complex electrical blueprints and schematics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
