Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology impacts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and market expansion
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to track breakthrough developments
- Integrate futures thinking into product roadmaps and corporate decision-making processes
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capabilities in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future economies
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
