Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI and quantum computing
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of industry experts
- Establish thought leadership through published research and keynote speaking engagements
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future business models
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies or business models
- Expertise in emerging fields: AGI, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity to diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, TED, or similar forums
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with cultural fluency
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from strategic foresight initiatives
