Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, society, and economics to identify disruptive trends by 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and risk management processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend detection
