Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive technologies and partnership opportunities for first-mover advantage
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
