Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Present future outlook reports to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on 2030+ technologies
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for future workforce and market shifts
- Oversee the creation of the 'Horizon 2026' innovation lab budget and resource allocation
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness and innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or long-term trend analysis
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
