Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning and optimization tasks.
- Lead the research and development of quantum error correction protocols and noise mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum capabilities into our cloud-native ecosystem.
- Conduct theoretical research to extend the boundaries of quantum computational theory and application.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and scientific curiosity.
- Translate complex theoretical physics concepts into practical, production-grade software code.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages and frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex number systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum).
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-level technical projects and manage research roadmaps.
