Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Manage projects from planning through final inspection
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Master/Journeyman)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
