Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NYC electrical codes and safety protocols
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team safety compliance
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Electrician License (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in NYC Building Code and Local Laws 52/38
- Proficiency with troubleshooting PLC systems and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical faults
- Valid NYC DOB Filing qualification
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
