Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Train apprentices on best practices and code requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial wiring systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Cleveland municipal regulations
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
