Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise execution
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Washington State electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians and ensure safe work practices
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and city inspectors
- Manage inventory and order materials for project efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in diverse settings
- Expertise in troubleshooting, low/high voltage systems, and automation
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proven track record of safety compliance and code mastery
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team leadership
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
