Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and residential complexes
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and NYC Local Laws
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with construction teams
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage material inventory and procurement for projects
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Electrician License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Valid NYC DOB Filing qualification
