Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines, material inventory, and client communication
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience with diverse project types
- Proven expertise in reading technical drawings and executing complex installations
- OSHA 10-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Strong diagnostic abilities with proficiency in multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
