Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
- Adhere to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain detailed service records
- Respond to emergency calls during after-hours and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with commercial/industrial electrical systems
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
