Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians and supervise project execution
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide excellent customer service and technical consultations
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and circuit testers
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial electrical codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
