Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings per NEC and California regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of high-quality installations
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and inspectors
- Conduct system inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Proficient with troubleshooting tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Commercial/residential project portfolio
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
