Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise wiring layouts
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized tools
- Manage project timelines while maintaining safety protocols
- Supervise apprentices and junior technicians when required
- Document work orders and maintain accurate job records
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia state electrical license (Class 2 or higher)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response experience highly valued
