Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project execution
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights/weekends
