Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
