Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead crew members on complex installation projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to project specifications
- Manage inventory and equipment for job sites
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Electrician License
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
