Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures per NEC and Louisiana state codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers on commercial and residential electrical projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
