Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using testing equipment
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and clients on project requirements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians when assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of NEC and Milwaukee electrical codes
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
