Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license required
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and power distribution
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to read complex electrical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with PLC systems and VFD installation a plus
