Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Interface with clients to assess needs and provide technical recommendations
- Document work orders, maintain equipment logs, and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee state electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and modern electrical codes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
