Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare walls and ceilings for electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (we will assist with this).
